1. SPONSOR
The Show Us Your Phillips Brush! Monthly Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Phillips Brush, Inc., 4900 Train Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44102 ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Phillips Brush, Inc. are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIODS
The Giveaway is an ongoing monthly promotion.
The initial September 2026 Giveaway begins September 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Beginning October 1, 2026, each monthly Giveaway period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the final calendar day of that month.
Entries received during one monthly Giveaway period will not carry over into subsequent months.
Phillips Brush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue future monthly Giveaway periods at any time.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter. No purchase is required.
SOCIAL MEDIA ENTRY
During the applicable monthly Giveaway period:
- Create and publicly post a TikTok video or Instagram Reel featuring a Phillips Brush product.
- Tag Phillips Brush at @phillips.brush on TikTok or @phillips_brush on Instagram.
- Include #PHILLIPSBRUSH and #PBGIVEAWAY in the post.
- Make sure your account and post are public so Phillips Brush can view and verify the entry.
Posts must be the entrant's own original content and must not infringe upon another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
NO-PURCHASE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter without owning or purchasing a Phillips Brush or posting on social media, send an email to sales@phillipsbrush.com during the applicable monthly Giveaway period.
Use the subject line:
PBGIVEAWAY – [MONTH] ENTRY
For example: PBGIVEAWAY – SEPTEMBER ENTRY
Include your full name, email address, city and state, and the statement:
"Please enter me in the Phillips Brush Monthly Giveaway."
An alternate entry has the same chance of winning as a qualifying social-media entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly Giveaway period, regardless of method of entry.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner per monthly Giveaway period will receive:
A $50 Phillips Brush Shopping Spree + FREE Shipping
The $50 shopping spree will be provided as a promotional discount redeemable through the Phillips Brush online store.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $50 plus standard shipping charges.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and no cash substitution will be provided. Any unused portion of the $50 shopping spree will be forfeited and will not carry over or be paid in cash.
Prize redemption instructions and the expiration date will be provided directly to the winner.
6. RANDOM WINNER SELECTION
Following the close of each monthly Giveaway period, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that monthly period.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The random selection will generally occur within five (5) business days following the end of the applicable monthly Giveaway period.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the method associated with their entry—either through direct message on TikTok or Instagram or by email for an alternate entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the initial notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random.
Phillips Brush will never require a winner to provide payment, banking information, or credit-card information to claim the prize.
8. CONTENT AND PUBLICITY
By submitting a social-media entry, the entrant represents that they own or have the necessary rights to the content submitted.
Entering the Giveaway does not automatically transfer ownership of an entrant's content to Phillips Brush.
Phillips Brush may contact entrants separately to request permission to repost, share, or otherwise feature submitted content on Phillips Brush's social-media channels, website, or marketing materials.
Permission to use an entrant's content is not required to enter or win and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
9. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entries may not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, manipulate the Giveaway, or violate these Official Rules.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway, which shall be final to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or inaccessible entries; technical failures; social-media platform outages; deleted or suspended accounts; or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a monthly Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Phillips Brush, Inc.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram, Meta, and TikTok are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.
Entrants remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of the social-media platform they use.
12. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for administration of the Giveaway, winner selection, and prize fulfillment and otherwise in accordance with Phillips Brush's applicable privacy practices.
Submitting an alternate method of entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails from Phillips Brush.
13. WINNER INFORMATION
Where permitted by law, the first name, last initial, and/or social-media handle of the winner may be announced by Phillips Brush following verification of the winner.
14. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
