Shipping Rates / Processing Time
US Shipping Information
Initial processing usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.
*Standard Shipping is FREE on orders $50+. Standard Shipping is $6.75 for orders under $50. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Standard Shipping is typically 3-7 business days.
*Priority Shipping is $9.95 on all U.S. purchases. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Priority Shipping is typically 2-4 business days.
Please note that any orders placed after 2:00 pm EST on Friday will process on the following Monday. Additionally, business days are considered Monday - Friday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Method
USPS & UPS only
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of the order being processed.
Returns
No return will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). To request authorization, please contact us at Stephanie@phillipsbrush.com .
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Only unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging is eligible. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and return shipping address. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Health & Safety Regulations
Due to Department of Health Regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any hair brushes once they have been used.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exceptions apply if the product is defective or if an incorrect item was shipped by Phillips Brush, Inc. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement.
No Delivery Guarantees
We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delivery carrier issues. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and reship the package at your expense.
