Thank you for choosing to shop with us! Here's our shipping policy statement:

Consumer orders over $50 pre-tax, professional salon orders over $150 pre-tax, and distributors over $600 will ship free as long as they are based in the continental US. All orders under these thresholds will ship UPS or USPS. $7.99 Flat rate fee for orders under $50.00

All orders are processed with 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

USPS & UPS only

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of the order being processed.
