At Phillips Brush, Inc., we stand by the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following shipping and returns policy:

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping (3-7 days): Flat rate of $6.50 for any purchase under $50.00. FREE for orders over $50.00 pre-tax. Delivery is made by USPS / UPS.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed with 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Method

USPS & UPS only

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of the order being processed.

Returns

No return will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). To request authorization, please contact us at Stephanie@phillipsbrush.com .

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Only unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging is eligible. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and return shipping address. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Health & Safety Regulations

Due to Department of Health Regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any hair brushes once they have been used.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exceptions apply if the product is defective or if an incorrect item was shipped by Phillips Brush, Inc. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement.
