Do I have to be a licensed professional with a valid vendor license to register for a pro account?
To register for a Phillips Brush account, you must provide an image of a valid cosmetology, barbering, current cosmetology / academy ID or vendor license.
How do I log into my account?
You can log into your pro account by selecting the “Pro Login” within the Professionals tab at the top of the home page.
How do I recover my password?
To recover your password, select “Forgot Password” alongside providing your email address. From there you will be sent an email with a link to enter and confirm a new password. If you are unable to do so, please reach out to our team (Sales@phillipsbrush.com) for support.
What do I do if I did not receive my sign-up code for my pro account or glamour advocate link / QR code?
If you did not receive your registration sign up email, please contact our team by email at Sales@phillipsbrush.com.
Do you accept resellers certificates?

What do I do if my email or phone number is already in use?
If your email or phone number appears to be in use, you may have made a purchase in the past. Try an alternate email / phone number or contact our team by email (Sales@phillipsbrush.com).
Do I receive any special offer for signing up?
Taking the time to register with Phillips Brush always deserves a reward! Once signed up be on the lookout for a first purchase discount code.
Does Phillips Brush accept refunds or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 7 day no questions asked return policy. The customer must ship back the item(s) at their own expense. A full refund will take place minus any shipping charges incurred once the item(s) are received.
Can I buy / pickup a brush in person?
Phillips Brush does not have a storefront, however, you can contact our team and we can assist in finding the nearest salon to you that carries our products for in-person pick up.
Is there a discount on shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 for consumer based purchases, $150 on all professional salon based purchases and $600 on all distributor purchases.
Can I combine multiple discounts in a purchase?
Only one discount / promotional code can be used at a time per purchase at checkout.
